The food industry must evolve to meet climate challenges and the scarcity of natural resources. Today, the impact of egg production is significant:

This impact is mainly due to intensive farm feed, based on GM soy and palm oil, accelerating deforestation and loss of biodiversity. Hens are slaughtered after one year instead of ten, leaving a heavy ecological footprint.
